Data
I work mostly with linked data and knowledge graphs. I perform analysis, study the features and develop refinement algorithms to improve the quality of data. I have also developed tools for fast manual annotation. In addition, I have worked with proofs in higher order logic as well as data in bioinformatics.

Data Analysis
I perform logic-based and graph-theoretical analysis of large knowledge graphs.

Refinement
I develop hybrid refinement algorithms and improve the quality of large knowledge graphs.

Validation and Checking
I worked with proofs of higher order logic (transformation, validation, and proof checking).

Publishing
I have published many datasets on Zenodo, TriplyDB, etc.
Below are some datasets that come out of my recent research:
-
A mapping between the DMP questions and FIP questions
Here you can find a mapping from the questions of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam's data management plan to the questions in the FAIR Implemenation Profile. You can also reuse the knowledge model to create an interface on FAIR Wizard
Large multilingual integrated knowledge datasets of the resilience of Ukraine
The enriched datasets are available on TriplyDB. The large multilingual integrated dataset is available upon request only. See details on the website.
FAIR Implementation Profile for Social Science
The repository consists of six FIPs and some comparison and a convergence analysis as well as related files. >paper
The dataset of games for the evalation and performance benchmarking of the Scorca agent, a bot for the Reconnaissance Blind Chess.
A reusable knowledge model that corresponds to the Data Management Plan of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
A large integrated knowledge graph of Ecnomics, Finance and Banking
You can find a large integrated knowledge graph of Ecnomics, Finance and Banking with 527k entities and 1.5 million triples on Github. >paper
Annotated (pseudo-)transitive relations
You can find a manually annotated gold standard of (pseudo-)transitive relations and the corresponding weighted graphs on Zenodo. >paper >code
Annotated identity graphs
You can find a manually annotated gold standard of identity links and the corresponding weighted graphs, redirect graphs and graphs that captures equivalence under different encodings on Zenodo. >paper
